Production Process
Our factory have own mine. Our lab will be test the ore to find if this lord can fit the basic data.If it find good, the following processing:
- dislodge the mud, stonesstep oneAfter water washing and using vibrating screen to dislodge the mud,stones.
- filtratestep twoThe works will be select the bad ore and leave the better ore.
- dislodge the impurity substancestep threeThe ore need at least 48 hour acid washing to dislodge the impurity substance
- keep the PH to 7-9step fourOnce again water washing the acid which can keep the PH to 7-9 (usually our product PH 7-8)
- reduce water contentstep fivePassing the 800℃ Natural gas drying furnace to increase the whiteness and reduce water content.
- process different powderstep sixThen using the machine to process different powder according to clients request.
